vegetable bibimbap

Last year with our wedding gift cards we bought a mandoline.


Tonight I made vegetable bibimbap - and I've made it before, but this time I used the mandoline for the cucumber matchstick.  SO MUCH EASIER & FASTER.




Yes, that is a Texas-shaped cutting board under the bibimbap. Charlotte got it for me for Christmas and I lovelove it so much that I don't want to use it for cutting.
